Description

Interior view of the Grand Hall of Nancy City Hall, with its walls adorned with sculptures and large windows. The ceiling is decorated with a large fresco. On the reverse, handwritten text mentions the visit to the hall and the recipient's address in Avesnes. Green 30-centime stamp and Nancy postmark from July 14, 1970.
