Night view of the Bay of Angels and the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with a ship in the harbor, moving cars, and illuminated palm trees. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Gilbert Brantz in Gournay-sur-Aronne, dated August 8, 1967, with a postmark 'COULEURS NATURELLES' and a cancellation 'HELIOS MARITIME'.
