Sepia-toned aerial view of Jardin Albert 1er in Nice, with its palm trees, pathways, and surrounding buildings, including the Municipal Casino. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 15-9-1952, sent from Nice, mentioning a road trip to Paris and a visit to « Jozz & Bremennes ». 15-franc stamp and Nice R.P. Alpes-Maritimes postmark.
