Panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with the sea, palm trees, and coastal buildings under a blue sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 21, 1964, sent from Nice to Mr. and Mrs. Plouguy in Séon-Blum (Aisne), with a 0.25 franc French stamp and a Nice postmark.
