Description

Black and white view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with a passenger boat offshore and palm trees lined along the promenade. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1956 addressed to Madame Andrée Piât in Châteauroux, Indre, sent by L. Gilletta et Cie, photographic publishers from Nice. The 12-franc stamp depicts the Pont Valentré, postmarked in Nice, 78, 1956.
