Interior view of the miraculous cave of Lourdes, with a statue of the Virgin Mary on a rock, pilgrims in prayer, and an altar with a cross. On the reverse, a postcard from the 'NOS BELLES PYRENEES' collection with a handwritten letter from Monique Gauthier to Mette Roger Malizier, dated April 24, 1978, and two French stamps (0.80 and 0.20 F) canceled 'LOURDES 24-4-78'.
