View of the Roman theatre of Orange, an ancient monument 190 meters long, built under Emperor Augustus and transformed under the reign of Charles X. The reverse features a promotional inscription, a handwritten address to M. Jean Ramette and M. Maurice Buteaux, as well as an 8-centime blue postmark canceled in Orange on 15 July 1930.
