Black and white view of Place du Carrousel in Paris, featuring the Carrousel Triumphal Arch (1806) in the center, flanked by a historic building and patterned gardens. The reverse has printed text 'PARIS ET SES MERVEILLES. 3 623. - Place and triumphal arch of Carrousel (1806).' and a handwritten letter dated 31 March 1944. A 0.30 franc French postage stamp is affixed, with postmark 'PARIS 13 H 3LE'.
