Watercolor signed by Marius Girard depicting Notre-Dame de Paris with a flower market in the foreground. The drawing is accompanied by handwritten text: 'Notre-Dame and the bookstalls.' On the back, a handwritten letter to a 'Dear Friend' dated September 17, 1938, sent from Cambrai to Paris, with a French postmark and a cancellation 'PARIS 17-9-38'.
