Description

Illustration of a young girl in a red dress feeding pigeons on a stone staircase, while a boy looks from the steps. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 24, 1952, sent from Oxford to Mrs. Dominique Forth in Geneva, mentioning the disappointment of an economics student and holidays in London. Two stamps of Queen Elizabeth II (1d and 12d) are affixed, with an 'OXFORD' cancellation.
