Description

Stone statue of Notre-Dame, dressed in a long robe and veil, hands joined in prayer, placed on a rocky base amidst a wooded landscape. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Pornichet (Loire-Inférieure) with a blue 15-centime stamp and a circular cancellation dated July 1st, 1938. The handwritten script addresses the card to Mr. and Mrs. Guichard in Le Pouliguen.
