View of an old wooden door with worn planks and rusted hardware, framed by a stone wall and flowering climbing roses. On the reverse, a postcard dated 28-11-95, sent from St Savinien (Charente), with a French Republic postage stamp and handwritten inscription. The recipient is Madame Bocle Elisabeth in Caen. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom left.
