Description

Beach scene with several black-hulled sailing boats with white and red sails, numbered (2800, 2562, 930), near the water. On the reverse, handwritten text states: 'At Gicci's, holidays in La Ferté, since the 6th of August, fine weather, Sophie is doing a horse riding course, I am by the sea, and at La Varenne where he continues his work in the wood and writing workshop, I receive you on the 8th of September. I send you all good wishes.'
