Black and white panoramic view of the port of Monaco, with moored boats and a city built gently on the hills. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 16/4/59, sent from Monaco to Châtillon-sur-Seine, with a 20 franc stamp and a Monte-Carlo postmark.
