Description

Black and white view of Monaco-Ville perched on its rock, dominated by historic buildings and bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, with a harbor below. On the reverse, an 8-franc stamp of the Prince of Monaco, postmark 'S.A.M.D.E.P. Monaco' from 18-19 April 1930, and handwritten address to Paris. The publisher A. Leconte is mentioned at the bottom of the reverse.
