Black and white view of a winding road bordered by a stone retaining wall, running alongside a rocky precipice with a dense forest below. Two vehicles and pedestrians are visible on the road. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1952 from Gérardmer (Vosges), with an 8 franc stamp and handwritten blue ink address to Madame Dupresnoy in Paris.
