Panoramic view of Tbilisi with a river flowing through the city and an arched bridge, surrounded by hills and buildings. On the reverse, a Soviet postcard dated 1959, with a 25 kopecks stamp, a handwritten French message addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Norgéot in Sèvres, and a mention of the publisher: 'Издание Министерства связи СССР'.
