View of the central square in Sainte-Anne-d'Auray with the monumental fountain and the Gothic basilica in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Marie Staubin in Saint-Pern, with a 12-franc stamp depicting the Pont Valentré (Cahors) and a cancellation mark from Sainte-Anne-d'Auray dated 23 May 1955. The publisher is Artaud & Fils, with the registered trademark 'Editions Gaby'.
