Description

View of the Gour-Émir Mausoleum in Samarkand, 15th century, with its blue dome decorated with motifs and its decorated brick portal. On the back, in handwritten French, a note mentions a film and memories to send to Paris. The address is intended for Mrs. Renard in Paris, France. Two Soviet stamps (12 kopecks and 3 kopecks) are affixed, with a cancellation from Tashkent dated March 12, 1976.
