Description

Postcard showing a suspended cable car cabin above the snow-covered mountains of the Glarner Alps, with cloudy skies. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated 22 September 1948, sent from the Berghotel Santis (2504 meters) to Madame G. Péreire in Paris, with a Swiss 25-centime stamp and a circular postmark from Säntis (23.11.48).
