Description

Two men in traditional Scottish attire, with red tartan-patterned kilts, wearing black and red feathered hats, holding bagpipes. The back features printed English text describing the pipers and their connection to tartans. A 3d stamp of Queen Elizabeth II canceled in Inverness, dated July 19, 1960. Postcard sent to Robert Pignard in Grenoble, France, with handwritten French text.
