Aerial view of the Sears Tower, the tallest building in the world, dominating the Chicago skyline with the John Hancock and Standard Oil towers in the background. Printed text at the bottom of the reverse mentions the photo by Phil Valdez and the publisher Illinois Distributing Co. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 22, 1985, sent to Madame Rita da Silva in Paris, France, with a USA 39 stamp from Gruenville Clark.
