Illustrated postcard of a map of Washington County, Maryland, with vignettes of local sites such as the Burnside Monument, Burnside Bridge, and Fort Frederick. The reverse features a tourist guide in English, a 10-cent American postage stamp with the inscription 'People's Right to Petition for Redress', and a handwritten French address to Garches, France. The postmark indicates a mailing from Hagerstown, Maryland, dated July 21, 1978.
