Aerial view of the Festival de la Mer in Sete, with competing boats on the canal lined with spectators. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 16 May 1968, sent from Sete (Hérault) to Argenteuil, with a 1.25 franc postage stamp and a postmark from Mont-de-Marsan.
