Description

Black and white view of a breakwater at Saint-Malo under the effect of a powerful swell, with waves breaking violently against the quay and stone buildings to the right. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Mrs. and Mr. Piehot in Limmery, with a 50-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Saint-Malo dated January 5, 1944. The printed text indicates 'The Digue in rough weather'.
