Description

Monumental organ decorated with sculptures and inscriptions in German, located in a church with Gothic vaults. The reverse indicates that the publisher is unknown, but mentions the restoration of the organ in 1749 and the construction date of the church (1390–1480). The postcard is addressed to a professor in Paris, with a note of thanks for a jewelry chain, and bears a 10 pfennigs stamp from Deutsche Bundespost, canceled in Dresden (Sachsen) on 13.09.1959.
