View of the Palais de l'Europe, seat of the Council of Europe, with a modern concrete and glass building, surrounded by trees and 1960s cars. On the reverse, a handwritten letter from 'Dad' to 'Mike Terry' in Akron, Ohio, dated April 24, 1963, sent from Strasbourg with a 10-franc French stamp and a postmark 'STRASBOURG 24-4-63'.
