Panoramic view of the Aletsch Glacier in Switzerland, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and autumn forests. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Jean-Claude Carnusse in Valence, France, with two Swiss stamps (20 and 10 francs) and a postmark from Veyvey dated 1960. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom left.
