On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated October 1st, 1861, addressed to 'Dear Grandma', mentioning a stay of 1 month and 8 days in Titisee, and a 15-day permission. The publisher 'Veding Chr. Franz Nachl.' is printed at the bottom left.
