Aerial view of the City Hall of Tours, built between 1896 and 1904 according to the plans of Victor Laloux, with a central square adorned with a fountain and gardens. The reverse side features a handwritten address for a calendar contest, a French postmark from 1999, and a cancellation stamp from Tours dated April 24, 1999.
