Description

Black and white view of Chatham Town Hall, with its imposing spire and ornate neoclassical façade. The reverse has a handwritten blue inscription, a cancellation from Gillingham on 5 November 1956, a 2 pence stamp of Queen Elizabeth II, and the recipient's address in Paris, France.
