Postcard showing the electric locomotive DB 169 002, the first locomotive of the Deutsche Bundesbahn to operate on single-phase AC 16 Hz, on the secondary line Murnau-Oberammergau. The back indicates it is a Krauss-Maffei BBC from 1909, in service at 50 km/h, and mentions the publisher Eisenbahnbildverlag. The cancellation 'EBV 222' is visible at the top right.
