Description

Crowned skull adorned with embroidery, displayed in a Gothic reliquary within the Cathedral of Tréguier. The inscription at the bottom of the reliquary identifies the relic as that of 'Sancti Yvonius Confessoris'. On the reverse, a postcard dated 1951, sent by soldier J.L. Penson from Fort-Dauphin (A.E.F.) to his family, mentions the visit to the museum and the 'liberation' of the town center.
