Description

Winter view of the village of Val d'Isère with church and snow-capped mountains under a blue sky. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Olivieri, a 0.30 franc postage stamp, and a postmark from Chambéry dated 17 October 1956. The publisher is listed as 'Ed. TELLE S.A.' with department number 06 (Alpes-Maritimes).
