Black and white view of the snow-capped Mont Blanc, with a group of tourists on a terrace below. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 6, 1973, written from the White Valley (Vermont, Italy), describing the spectacle of the glaciers and the beauty of the blue sky, with a mention of a package to send to Argentière and a coffee to drink at 5 o'clock.
