View of a rest home surrounded by greenery and palm trees, with a dirt path leading to the entrance. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 6, 1966, sent from Keravello to Mrs. Vio Y. Larnicol in Cher, mentioning a visit to Madelaine de Haulgate and a convalescence in Keravello. French 30-centime postmark canceled in Morbihan in 1966.
