Black and white view of a modern bridge spanning the Seine, seen from a wooded quay. The reverse side has a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Gaboriau in Taverny, dated 7 August 1959, sent from Vernon. The 20 franc stamp is cancelled in Vernon. The publisher is mentioned as 'Éditions Gaby'.
