View of the Palace of Versailles with its monumental facade and the parterre du Midi, adorned with trimmed hedges and floral beds. The back features a handwritten letter dated August 14, 1948, sent from Versailles to Saint-Brieuc, with a red 20-franc stamp and a circular postmark.
