Aerial view of Mont Orgueil Harbour on Jersey, with many boats in the turquoise water and the ruins of the castle in the foreground. The reverse indicates that the castle is a medieval example dating from the 13th century, first mentioned in 1292, and includes a handwritten correspondence dated May 26, 1979. An 8 p. stamp for the 25th anniversary of the international air race is affixed, with a Jersey cancellation.
