Description

Interior of a chapel with a Gothic altar adorned with a statue of the Virgin Mary, framed by walls decorated with cross motifs and candles. The floor is paved with geometric-patterned tiles. On the reverse, the postcard bears the sender's address to Mrs. Bessore d'Hamel in Gavrelle (Manche), with a 12-franc postage stamp and a postmark from Pré-étoit (Manche) dated 20-9-1957.
