Description

Black and white view of the Notre-Dame church in Vitre, with its imposing Gothic portal and bell tower with spire. The reverse features printed text '57 — VITRE (15th and 16th centuries)' and the publisher's name 'Éditions Gaby'. A handwritten correspondence is addressed to Mrs. M. Daniel in Alençon, with a 15-centime French Republic postage stamp canceled.
