Description

Black and white view of Vienna's City Hall, a Gothic building adorned with multiple spires and a central tower. Printed text at the bottom left: 'WIEN, RATHHAUS'. Reverse: handwritten letter dated May 1st, 1953, sent from Stuttgart to Paris, with a 'GRÜSSWEITEN' postmark and cancellation stamp. The correspondence mentions a train journey and a visit to the capital.
