On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated October 4, 1952, addressed to Madame Gerielle G. Aujac in Paris, mentions a holiday in Worcester and travel plans to France. A 2 shillings 6 pence stamp (King George VI) is affixed, with a postmark from 'WORCESTER' dated October 14, 1952.
