Panoramic view of the village of Zermatt with the Matterhorn in the background under a blue sky. The reverse side features a postcard dated June 27, 1983, with a 40+20 centimes Helvetia 1983 stamp, addressed to Bruno Müggler in Winterthur, with a handwritten inscription 'Liebe Grüsse aus Zermatt mit Matterhorn 4477 m' and the names 'Barbara' and 'Esther'.
