Description

Black-and-white panoramic view of the alpine glaciers from the Gornergrat, with the peaks of Monte Rosa and Lyskamm in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten inscription dated August 17, 1953, signed 'Roland Gisèle', addressed to Madame Marcella G. Jentil in Paris, and a 25-centime Swiss postage stamp canceled in Geneva on August 17, 1953.
