Snowy aerial view of the village of Zinal, surrounded by imposing mountains and forests. The back features a handwritten letter dated Tuesday, April 15, 1973, sent from Zinal 1678 m, Anniviers, by a correspondent to his 'Darling'. The card states 'Printed in Switzerland' and mentions the hotel 'Tres bien' (450 rooms) as well as skiing and hiking activities. The publisher is 'Photo Klopfenstein, Adelboden'.
