Description

Postcard showing a snowy chapel at the foot of snowy mountains, with printed text at the top: '2441. In the Land of Mont-Blanc. Up high, it is the snowstorm that tears men from the francs of the Mountain; here, it is Peace, tranquility, and rest.' The back has handwritten text dated December 14, 1957, addressed to Mr. Echaudin in Six-Fours-la-Garrigue, with a 15-centime stamp and a postmark from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
