Description

View of an imposing stone building with a fountain in the foreground, where several people are gathered. The printed text at the bottom right indicates 'LA CIGOGNE'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 23, 1929, sent from Aubusson to Chambord, mentions a visit to the hotel and a planned return in September. The 12-franc stamp is canceled in Aubusson.
