Black and white view of Kortrijk's Les Halles, with their typical gable-style architecture and brick facades. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. R. Riehl in Le Pouliguen (France), with a green 50-centime stamp canceled in Kortrijk on 16-6-53. The publisher Bromurite is mentioned at the bottom left.
