View of the Roman cloister of Daoulas, Brittany, composed of 44 elegant arcades with ornate capitals, considered one of the most beautiful in the region. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Odermann in Bordeaux, with a 12-centime postage stamp and a cancellation from Lignol-Morbihan dated 9 h 8 on 11 May 1953.
